floor + core

A 30-minute floor session that focuses on helping you to find, activate and strengthen your mid-section. Suited for all levels (bring your own mat).

stretch CLASS

A 30-minute stretch class, standing and floor-based. This class can aid anyone who needs more flexibility. Can also be helpful for relaxation.

cardio CLASS

Walking is one of the simplest ways to get healthy and improve fitness.  Set to 30 minutes of upbeat music, this class gives you both low and high impact options that you can do at your own pace.

The Women’s Fitness Studio offers a safe, supportive, judgement-free zone, which has been specifically designed for women like you.

You’ll get support and camaraderie from the women working out beside you, as well as from your coach.
